Construction & Specifications

Cabinet and work station area constructed mostly in stainless steel, with clear Acryllic plastic covers to allow viewing of the process. The drip tray and waste bins are ABS and HDPE plastics . The unit is mounted on castor wheels allowing easy movement.

Dimensions. Floor area is 900mm x 500mm, with worktop 950mm above floor with tower top 1470mm above floor level. Hopper lip is 1350mm above floor level. Unit mass is >100 kgs.

Power required is 220-240 v ac which drives a 3 phase 1.5 kw motor through an inverter to allow for speed/power control, slow motion operation and safety features. Power transmission is through a reduction box and heavy duty chain and cam drives.
